Every holding,
every currency,
and what it returned.

For wealth spread across borders, currencies and legal structures, the simplest question has no clean answer: what am I worth, and is it working. Kalpavriksha builds the whole picture from the statements you already receive, and keeps it encrypted on your own machine. No bank logins, and no portfolio in anyone's cloud.

01How it gets in there

Drop in the statement.
That is the whole job.

No logins. No CSV wrangling. No evening with a spreadsheet and a browser tab open on every bank you use.

  1. 01You drag in the PDF your broker already emails you.
  2. 02Your details are masked on your machine, and you see exactly what will be sent.
  3. 03Holdings, balances and transactions come back as rows you can check.
  4. 04Prices and rates fill in, and the total updates.

02What it covers

Everything you own.
And everything you owe.

Nine kinds of thing, in ten currencies, in one total. Debt is netted off rather than left out, because a net worth that ignores your mortgage is not a net worth.

  • EquitiesListed shares and ETFs, on any exchange
  • Fixed incomeBonds and deposits, with yield to maturity and coupon dates
  • PropertyHomes and land, held at your own valuation
  • CommoditiesGold and metals, by weight or by holding
  • CryptoMajor coins, priced alongside everything else
  • CashAcross banks, across currencies
  • AlternativesPrivate equity, funds and anything unlisted
  • LiabilitiesLoans and mortgages, subtracted from the total
  • Anything elseFor the one asset that fits no list

And what it hands back

Allocation against your target

Equities are 8 points over. Trim about $79,000, and here are the holdings to trim.

Bar is where you are. Notch is where you said you wanted to be.

What it actually returned

+6.77% money-weighted, measured over the same holdings the charts draw, so the number and the picture cannot disagree.

How close you are to stopping

On plan for 2041, four years before the date you set, at your current rate of saving.

03A glimpse inside

Your complete financial picture

Performance, allocation, cash flow and your path to retiring early. Four views over one set of numbers, so they cannot disagree.

04Privacy

There is no copy of your portfolio anywhere but your machine

Not a policy promise. There is no database on our side that could hold one.

No bank logins, ever

We never ask for a credential to an account of yours, because we never connect to one. You give it statements, the same PDFs your broker already emails you.

On by default. You mask it, then you read exactly what will be sent

You do not have to find a setting first. Names, account numbers, card numbers, IBANs and any term you add are stripped on your machine before anything is sent. You see the masked text and approve it before anything moves. If the text cannot be read for review, processing stops rather than sending it anyway.

Your Gemini account, your key

The reading is done by an AI model, and it is yours: your Gemini account, your API key, stored encrypted on your machine. Your statements never touch a server of ours. Your arrangement with Google is yours, and we do not speak for it either way.

The one server we do run

Licensing, and the beta signup. Between them they hold your email address, your licence key, a device id, the three answers you gave on the signup form, and whether we have approved your beta request. That is the whole list, and we would rather you read it here than discover it later.

Want a second opinion on your portfolio? Copy an anonymised summary of your holdings and paste it into any AI or send it to an advisor. The code that builds that summary is not given your accounts, institutions or addresses in the first place, so it cannot leak them.

05Why this exists now

A tracker could not be private until an AI could read

Aggregators need your bank logins because reading a statement used to be impossible without a team writing a parser per institution, per format, forever. That cost is why every one of them ended up holding your credentials and your balances on their servers. It was the only way the maths worked.

That constraint is gone. A good model reads a statement it has never seen, and it can analyse a holdings list without ever being told whose it is. So the app does not need to be the intelligence. It needs to be the plumbing that keeps your identity out of the way, and that is a much smaller thing to trust.

06What it replaces

The alternative is not another app

For most people with money in several places, the choice has been a spreadsheet that goes stale or a person who charges a percentage of everything you own.

An advisor

2% a year

Of everything you own, in a good year and a bad one, and it grows as you do. A good fee-only advisor removes the incentive problem and is worth every penny. They are also rare, and you still hand your whole picture to someone.

A spreadsheet

An evening a month

Free, until you miss two months and stop trusting it. Which is what happens, and why most people cannot answer the question at all.

Kalpavriksha

A flat annual fee

Flat, and it does not grow when your portfolio does. Nobody else holds your picture, and you still own the decisions. You can only manage what you measure, and this is the measuring.

07FAQ

The questions worth asking first

Including the ones with answers we would rather you heard from us.

Your portfolio never does. It lives in an encrypted database on your machine and we operate no server that could receive it. Two things do go out, and we would rather name them than let you find them. Statement text goes to Google Gemini under your own API key once you have masked it and approved what will be sent. And market prices and exchange rates come back in, which is a request for a ticker, not a transmission of what you hold.
Correct, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. Reading an unfamiliar broker PDF is what a large model is for. What is local is everything around it: the file, the masking, the review step, the database, and the decision to send. It goes to your Gemini account under your key, and never through us. Your terms with Google are between you and Google. We do not speak for them.

Where this is going: local models are getting good quickly, and when one can read a statement as well as a hosted model, the reading moves onto your machine too and nothing leaves at all. That is the direction, not a date. Today's arrangement is the reasonable trade in the meantime. You give up a masked page of text to a model you already pay for, and you keep everything else.
Add it to your masking list and it is replaced before the file is prepared. Names, account numbers, card numbers and IBANs are already handled. You then see the exact masked text and choose whether it goes. If the text cannot be read for review at all, processing halts rather than sending something you never saw.
The beta is thirty days with no card and no charge, and beta participants who complete the feedback check-ins get a further twelve months free after launch. After that it is a paid annual product. We have not fixed the price yet, because we would rather set it with the people who have actually used it than guess beforehand. You are never obliged to continue, and we will tell you what it costs well before you have to decide.
You keep your data and you keep the app. Everything stays readable, chartable and exportable, and editing pauses until you renew. Your portfolio is not a hostage, and losing access to your own numbers because a card expired is not something we are willing to build.
Reading your portfolio does, indefinitely. Being on a plane for a month does not turn a paid licence into an expired one. Live prices, exchange rates and statement imports need a connection, for the obvious reason.
Apple Silicon Macs (M1 or later, macOS 12+) and Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Intel Macs are not supported.
If everything you own sits with one institution in one country, an app your bank already gives you will do the job. The same is true if your wealth is entirely property and gold. This is built for money that is scattered, and that is a shape, not a size.

Ask to join the private beta

We onboard a small group at a time and write every invite by hand, so tell us a little about how your money is arranged and we will come back to you.

Who it is for
Money that is scattered: several institutions, more than one country or currency, more than one kind of asset. If everything you own is property and gold, or it all sits in one country, this will not help you yet.
The trial
30 days, no card, no charge, nothing to cancel.
After that
Complete the feedback check-ins and you get twelve months free after launch. Then it is a paid annual product, at a price we have not fixed yet.
Platforms
Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later, macOS 12+), or Windows 10 and 11 64-bit. Intel Macs are not supported.

Tell us about your setup

Three questions, all clicks, under a minute. Every one is optional.

We hold your email address and the three answers above. That is everything. No name, no phone number, no company, and no figures: you have told us the shape of your money, never what is in it. We never sell or share your email address, and we never ask for a postal one.

Six emails, and here they are: a confirmation now, an invite when a spot opens, two asking how it is going, and two before your trial ends. Asking how it is going is rather the point of a beta. Every one of them carries an unsubscribe link that works.
